This Minor Arcana card appears when a group of people are working together to achieve a common goal and everyone involved is contributing something worthwhile. There is mutual respect in this card. No one is phoning it in. Everyone is genuinely invested in producing quality work and that is the key to success. This card also signifies learning and gaining skills through doing. We can't be expected to master a craft or skill immediately. The Three of Pentacles shows us how we learn to do this.
